Job Description:

Task Force Contractors is seeking experienced Painters to join our skilled labor team. We handle commercial and residential projects across Florida and need dependable professionals who can deliver high-quality painting and finishing work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Repair surface imperfections such as cracks, holes, and chipped paint
• Work efficiently to ensure smooth, even finishes that meet project specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
• Skills: Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and application techniques
• Tools: Must have own basic painting tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.)
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift materials as needed
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to job sites
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
