About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee grounds maintenance operations in the North Tampa area. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance tasks while preserving the dignity and operations of the site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup.
• Ensure all contract specifications are met with precision and professionalism.
• Prevent disruptions to cemetery operations, including ceremonies, funerals, and visitor privacy.
• Maintain open communication to avoid conflicts with ceremonies and other events.
• Ensure employees are supervised, follow proper conduct, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage internal traffic, utilities, and visitor access to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a direct supervisor in grounds maintenance for industrial, commercial, or public sites.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and employees effectively.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and groundskeeping best practices.
• Professional demeanor to uphold the respect and solemnity of the site.
